The LIFELINE poster series represent the 9/11 attacks communicated through minimal graphics and color story. The graphical lifeline frames each transition of the attack from beginning to end through the element of accurate time slots giving it a foundation of reality. While the solid use of red-orange spot colors helps to highlight the minimal graphics, it also is a color connection to the fire and flames that erupted from the attacks. The first panel shows the start of the lifeline with the hijacked plane taking off, leading into the second panel of the plane headed to crash the first building, then transitions into reaching a flatline with the last building collapsing. The final panel embodies a tribute towards the remembrance of this day by leaving an ongoing heartbeat for the lives lost.
